“Seller makes no representations or warranties as to the extent of other, potentially competing mining claims which may be located in conflict with the claim or claims Seller is conveying. Whether valid locations or not, these conflicting claims may impede or interfere with actual mining of the claims Seller is conveying. Seller advises purchasers to perform purchaser’s own independent inquiry by, among other things, reviewing county and Bureau of Land Management public records for the area in which the claims are located.”

Due to continued health problems I have decided to sell the eight claims I own on Sagebrush Knoll in Harney County that border the Oregon Sunstone Public Collection Area. There are two rows of four claims running west to east being 1500’ x 2400’ and totaling 82.64 acres in each row. Each two claims on the west end of each row are proven claims and have produced beautiful colored Sunstones in large quantities. The two eastern claims of each row are unproven.
This area has cap rock from four to as much as twelve feet until the first bearing flow is hit. From there to about thirty feet has layers of bearing flows.
The red brick bottom is at thirty to thirty two feet deep. It will require an excavator to mine this ground effectively and drilling and blasting is advised.
Any one interested in either row or both rows can contact me by messenger or phone me at the number on my website.
Thanks, Don Buford
Dust Devil Mining Co.
That’s all for this BUSY week in Oregon Sunstones!
